alexandraferguson.com will accept NON-SALE items for exchange or credit within 21 days of purchase*. Item must be returned in new and resale-able condition. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Log-in to your account under "SIGN IN" (see above to the right).
- Click on Order History.
- Select Order you would like to return.
- Click on "Create Return" and follow instructions to obtain a return authorization.
- Include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package, in the address.
A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.
BOXES SENT TO US WITHOUT RA # WILL BE REJECTED BY OUR WAREHOUSE.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. ALEXANDRA FERGUSON is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Lastly, please note that we reserve the right to alter minor details of the products featured on this site and in other informational materials we provide in the interest of maintaining product quality and design integrity. Accordingly, products shipped to you may differ slightly from those depicted on this site or in such materials. Please remember that some of our products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products, so you may expect that there will be minor distinctions that will make your purchase unique.
